Shipments and Returns

Shipment

Products that are stocked are generally dispatched within 2 working days. We use a variety of couriers, depending on the location for delivery, delivery time can be up to 3-5 working days depending on location and courier used.

Products shipped directly from manufacturers can have a lead time of up to 5 working days for dispatch and delivery/shipping time of 3-5 days depending on location and courier used.

Products which are a special order or out of stock for any extended period, will be shipped according to stated lead times. Please feel free to contact us to discuss lead times, and we will ensure that we keep you updated of lead times and if in the unusual event that lead times are extended.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight and size of the shipment. if possible we will group your items in one order if they are dispatched from the same location. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately or where items are dispatched from the manufacturer, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Please contact us if you would like shipping insurance, as this can be organised as a seperate cost.

Boxes are amply sized, protective wrapping and packing material is used where possible and your items are guaranteed to leave us in good condition.

Returns

In the unfortunate (and rare) event that an item is delivered to you DOA (dead on arrival), please contact us within 5 working days of receiving the item, and we will organise for a replacement to be sent out. All items that are considered DOA will need to be returned to us to authorise a replacement and will need to be checked prior to a replacement being sent.

Most items are covered by a limited 1 year warranty through the manufacturer or lead importer. Items that are under warranty will need to be returned to the manufacturer/importer and the warranty claim will be processed by them. Ergostore will assist where possible to expedite any claim for warranty related matters.

Returns for change of mind are not possible once the item has been shipped. In certain circumstances Ergostore at it's sole discretion will accept returns if a product is a stocked product and the item has it's original packaging and is in it's originl condition. In these circumstances a restocking fee will apply of 25% of the value of the goods. Please note that shipping cost will not be rewfunded under any circumstances.

For items that are a 'special order' which have been ordered specifically for your order e.g. a chair in a specific fabric, Ergostore reserves the right to refund the customer for change of mind prior to delivery, however a 50% restocking fee will apply.

We are committed to our customers finding the correct iitems for their needs and hence we may in certain curcumstances accept returned items outside these conditions at our sole discretion.
